Subject: [PATCH] MAINTAINERS: mark isapnp as obsolete

isapnp code is very old and according to this link
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legacy_Plug_and_Play#Specifications
from Wikipedia, even Windows Vista disabled ISA PnP by default.
