I have not measured. I don't see any timing information in the 
datasheet.

But the timeout is 100 miliseconds not 1 second. 
readl_relaxed_poll_timeout() expects microseconds, so we multiply by 
1000. The value of DPHY_ISO_LANE_READY_TIMEOUT_MS is 100, so it will be 
a 100 ms timeout, which I think is reasonable.
