Subject: [PATCH v18 0/4] Add NVIDIA Tegra GPC-DMA driver

Add support for NVIDIA Tegra general purpose DMA driver for
Tegra186 and Tegra194 platform.

v17 -> v18:
  * Add get_residual() to get residual in tx_status()
  * Added label for device tree node so that the phandle
    can be used in client devices using the dma.
