No. Please pass pre-scale config directly here, rather than reverting
the rotation.
You can safely pass drm_rect_height/_width of &pipe_cfg->src_rect to
this function.

I think we can move rot_supported to SSPP capabilities. Then you can
use drm_rotation simplify() unconditionally. And move the check
whether INLINE_ROTATION is support to the code below
