Subject: [PATCH V2] arm64: dts: qcom: sc7280-idp: Configure cts sleep pinctrl to bias-bus-hold

WLAN rail was leaking power during RBSC/sleep even after turning BT off.
Change sleep pinctrl configuration to handle same.
