Of course, if this is a conversion i would also remove the old driver,
but I didn't wanted to cluter the diff... this is very much an RFC,
asking for advices.

Yeah, I feel also there is a lot of missing features from the
usb-nop-xceiv driver. I doesn't need much more than a simple gpio
hence it is difficult for me to test porting other features.
