While the patch looks reasonable too, I don't have NUMA LoongArch 
systems to test all this, so I won't be able to confidently give out the 
R-b tag. I hope someone more familiar with NUMA in general would finish 
the review...

(Donate me 3C5000 boxes, anyone? I have my rack and switch in the living 
room ready at all times. ;-)
