Subject: [PATCH] btrfs: change btrfs_insert_file_extent() to btrfs_insert_hole_extent()

From: Omar Sandoval <osandov@...ndov.com>

btrfs_insert_file_extent() is only ever used to insert holes, so rename
it and remove the redundant parameters.
