It's useful since the regmap usage, because some registers are 32bit
wide and some 16bit wide... Those functions abstract it and I can set
values :) which is not allowed by the regmap debug interface. So yes,
it's not that bad..

Therefore I kept it here since I don't need it elsewhere. What about

This gets called by the s_stream() during getting the power state but I
can move the dphy/misc_config to the .s_stream() of course. The pll
needs to be there since the device can be a clock provider e.g. for the
