Sorry, I meant can only return 1 as positive value (but can return 0 or
a negative value).

Not sure it is a good idea to change the conventions.

Uhm, why not? If you store the flags in the BTF ID set, the
implementation would be something like this.

Assuming that a hook definition becomes:
