They should all be required by the binding, but I will accept .dts
files with not yet available sources specified as <0>.

Including clock-names in the binding indicates that clocks are indexed
based on these names (which is what we've done for many years now).

As we're transitioning the clock providers to rely solely on the
ordering of clocks, I prefer that we omit the clock-names property, just
to make it clear that clock-names is effectively ignored by Linux.
