tests: test CLONE_CLEAR_SIGHAND
Test that CLONE_CLEAR_SIGHAND resets signal handlers to SIG_DFL for the
child process and that CLONE_CLEAR_SIGHAND and CLONE_SIGHAND are
mutually exclusive.
