Yes, this is reproducible on 6.0.7. What I noticed though is, when the
device is operating in client mode (Fedora), I cannot reproduce the
panic.

The only way I was able to reproduce the panic was forwarding traffic
from another device, which was confirmed by turning on IP forwarding
and passing traffic from another asset (using the same fast.com test,
this time on Fedora). Which means (I believe), this should be
reproducible on Dual / Quad port NICs using igc as long as they're
routing traffic through the same card.

Based on the relatively recent availability of the phy, and most
(noted) consumers using this single port onboard from a OEM it would
be more difficult to encounter in the wild.
