Subject: [PATCH 1/2] RISC-V: fix ordering of Zbb extension
From: Heiko Stuebner <heiko.stuebner@...ll.eu>
As Andrew reported,
Zb* comes after Zi* according 27.11 "Subset Naming Convention"
so fix the ordering accordingly.
