Subject: [PATCH 08/10] mm/slub: Fix MAX_ORDER usage in calculate_order()

MAX_ORDER is not inclusive: the maximum allocation order buddy allocator
can deliver is MAX_ORDER-1.

Fix MAX_ORDER usage in calculate_order().
