Thanks for pointing this out!

The story is, initially, the patch was developed and verified based on
our local v6.2 kernel tree.
According to my understanding, the blessed list should include the
minimum set of registers that
a platform should support(pls correct me if I was wrong) and registers
in v6.2 seem to meet the
requirement, so I chose the blessed list based on it.

To be frank, the comments above was a little misleading and I'll
change it to v6.4 since both v6.2
and v6.4 do have similar registers support.
