Subject: [v6 3/4] pwm: Add Aspeed ast2600 PWM support
Add the support of PWM controller which can be found in the Aspeed AST2600
SoC. This particular SoC features 16 PWM controllers, with each controller
capable of supporting up to 1 PWM output.
