Subject: [PATCH] mm/khugepaged: use DEFINE_READ_MOSTLY_HASHTABLE macro
These are equivalent, but DEFINE_READ_MOSTLY_HASHTABLE exists to define
a hashtable in the .data..read_mostly section.
