Subject: [PATCH v6 04/15] ceph: pass an idmapping to mknod/symlink/mkdir/rename

From: Christian Brauner <christian.brauner@...ntu.com>

Enable mknod/symlink/mkdir/rename iops to handle idmapped mounts.
This is just a matter of passing down the mount's idmapping.
