I see that there is a similar 'if (b->index >= q->num_buffers)' check in
vb2_queue_or_prepare_buf(). I think it would be better if this function
gets a struct vb2_buffer * argument as well.

So: vb2_queue_or_prepare_buf(q, mdev, vb, b, ...).
