Oh hmm you're right!

This is a weird outlier.. all the other ones seem to have a 1-1
mapping between halt and enable reg

Interestingly enough, this doesn't seem to have kaboomd, but I'll
fix it (or maybe if there's no other mistakes in this series Bjorn
could prettyplease fix when applying?)
