Subject: [PATCH v1 1/1] mfd: intel-lpss: Switch to generalized quirk table

Introduce generic quirk table, and port existing walkaround for select
Microsoft devices to it. This is a preparation for
QUIRK_CLOCK_DIVIDER_UNITY.
