Subject: [PATCH 1/2] arm64: dts: mediatek: mt7986: reorder properties

From: Rafał Miłecki <rafal@...ecki.pl>

Use order described as preferred in DTS Coding Style. Mostly just move
"compatible", "reg" and "ranges" properties. In two nodes also move
vendor-prefixed props down.
