Hi Takashi/Mark/Mathias,

Since this series includes dependencies from multiple SW areas and 
maintainers, can we consider getting some ACK'ed by/Reviewed by tags if 
things look good?  I believe Greg mentioned he would be open to add 
these all on usb-next when we get these tags.

That would probably make the submission easier to handle.
