Unfortunately this change will result in __alloc_tag_ref_set() and
alloc_tag_ref_set() missing the following important check from
alloc_tag_sub_check():
WARN_ONCE(ref && ref->ct,
"alloc_tag was not cleared (got tag for %s:%u)\n",
ref->ct->filename, ref->ct->lineno);
I think the change below would fix this issue without the above
mentioned side-effect:
