We need to expose it to userspace, then, as it's a user-visible erratum 
-- really it's just a totally different custom extension than 
Zihintpause, but I don't think it really makes much of a difference what 
we call it.

If you have other custom stuff it's probably a good time to expose 
those, too, as then it'll be easier for userspace to sort out.
