In hv_call_add_logical_proc() and hv_call_create_vp(), local variable "ret" is
defined and initialized to HV_STATUS_SUCCESS. Since "ret" now contains an
errno value instead of a hypercall status, it should be initialized to zero. (Yes,
HV_STATUS_SUCCESS is defined as 0, but it's now the wrong abstraction.)
