Just a minor correction - VCN 4.0.5 is on Strix. So this report is not
likely from a Phoenix APU.
Nonetheless I agree; I suspect backporting
ecc9ab4e924b7eb9e2c4a668162aaa1d9d60d08c will help the issue.
