Subject: [RESEND PATCH] pinctrl: rp1: use new GPIO line value setter callbacks

From: Bartosz Golaszewski <bartosz.golaszewski@...aro.org>

struct gpio_chip now has callbacks for setting line values that return
an integer, allowing to indicate failures. Convert the driver to using
them.

Resending with linux-gpio correctly in Cc.

Another driver we missed, that should be the last one under
drivers/pinctrl/.
