Oh, it seems a real issue.

Basically there are two approaches, from what I understand:

	1) mark do_machine_check() as noinstr

	2) Move hwerr_log_error_type() earlier inside the
	instrumentation_begin() area.

Probably option 1 might be more flexible, given that
hwerr_log_error_type() doesn't seem a function that anyone wants to
instrument?!
