Yeah, at least. Simply employ sane human judgement instead of blindly relying
on a tool. Sometimes the paragraph needs to have longer lines in order to fit
function names etc. And we don't use 80x25 terminals anymore so the 80 cols
rule is not even strict but a preferred one, as the coding-style.rst says.
