Yes, I realized sticking to its official name everywhere might just
make better sense.

I'll make this name "ASUS IPMI Expansion Card", change the compatible
to "asus,ipmi-expansion-card" and the dtb name to
"aspeed-bmc-asus-ipmi-expansion-card.dtb".
