As i checked other platform,
dtb-$(CONFIG_ARCH_QCOM) += talos-evk-camera-imx577.dtbo is ok.

talos-evk-camera-imx577-dtbs	:= talos-evk.dtb talos-evk-camera-imx577.dtbo
this compile only, will not install *.dtbo.
