Subject: [PATCH 1/3] be2net: header files

Hi, This is a complete re-write of  BladeEngine (10Gb NIC) driver to
eliminate some of the remnants of a h/w abstraction layer in the earlier
design.  Comments received from the earlier rounds of review have been
incorporated.  Please review this and send us any additional comments.

The patches are against the Linus git tree.
