Having said that, this particular interface is fairly broken...

$ cat test.c
#include <stddef.h>
#include <stdio.h>

#include <linux/ethtool.h>

int main(void)
{
    printf("%zd\n", offsetof(struct ethtool_rx_flow_spec, ring_cookie));
    return 0;
}
$ cc -m64 -Wall test.c
$ ./a.out
152
$ cc -m32 -Wall test.c
$ ./a.out
148
