I'm not huge on putting stuff that might need revision in email. Too
many of our problems
are created by old, in-accurate data in the field.

Too many of our problems are created by old, in-accurate data in the field.

That said, where eric proposes is *fine* by me, but I think we have a need
for 'living' documents on issues such of this, and email and static web
sites, the wrong thing.
