Subject: [PATCH net-next (repost)] nfp: Use PCI_DEVICE_ID_NETRONOME_NFP* defines

Use PCI_DEVICE_ID_NETRONOME_NFP*, defined in linux/pci_ids.h,
rather than replicating the same values in the NFP driver.
