That is for "ip" related commands or something else I did not discover.
For example:
$ ip link show lora0
4: lora0: <NOARP,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 20 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode
DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
link/[828] 01:02:03:04 brd ff:ff:ff:ff
The 828 is ARPHRD_LORAWAN.
