Subject: drivers/net/bonding: question about bonding churn state machine

>From the function drivers/net/bonding/bond_3ad.c : ad_churn_machine
I noticed that there is no implementation for state change from
AD_CHURN to AD_NO_CHURN.

What was the reason behind this? Is there any plan to implement it?
