When do randbuilding, we got this warning:

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for PTP_1588_CLOCK

  - PTP_1588_CLOCK_IDTCM [=y]

Make PTP_1588_CLOCK_IDTCM depends on PTP_1588_CLOCK to fix this.
