Subject: [PATCH 22/37] docs: networking: device drivers: convert freescale/dpaa.txt to ReST
- add SPDX header;
- adjust titles and chapters, adding proper markups;
- mark code blocks and literals as such;
- use :field: markup;
- add to networking/index.rst.
