Subject: [PATCH net-next 1/3] tcp: rename sk_stream_alloc_skb

From: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@...gle.com>

sk_stream_alloc_skb() is only used by TCP.

Rename it to make this clear, and move its declaration
to include/net/tcp.h
