Subject: [RFC PATCH v4 11/15] seltest/landlock: add tests for connect() hooks

Adds two selftests for connect socket action.
The one is with no landlock restrictions:
    - connect_no_restrictions;
The second one is with mixed landlock rules:
    - connect_with_restrictions;
