Subject: [PATCH v2] netfilter: ctmark: Fix data-races around ctmark

nf_conn:mark can be read from and written to in parallel. Use
READ_ONCE()/WRITE_ONCE() for reads and writes to prevent unwanted
compiler optimizations.
