Subject: [PATCH net-next] net: mana: Add gdma stats to ethtool output for mana

Extended performance counter stats in 'ethtool -S <interface>'
for MANA VF to include GDMA tx LSO packets and bytes count.

Tested-on: Ubuntu22
Testcases:
