Subject: ethtool 6.15 and 6.14.1 released

Hello,

ethtool 6.15 has been released.

Home page: https://www.kernel.org/pub/software/network/ethtool/
Download link:
https://www.kernel.org/pub/software/network/ethtool/ethtool-6.15.tar.xz

Release notes:
	* Feature: support OR-XOR symmetric RSS hash type (-x/-X)
	* Feature: dump registers for hibmcge driver (-d)
	* Feature: configure header-data split threshold (-g/-G)
	* Feature: dump registers for fbnic driver (-d)
	* Feature: JSON output for channels info (-l)
	* Fix: incorrect data in appstream metainfo XML
	* Fix: prevent potential null pointer dereferences
	* Fix: more consistent and better parseable per lane signal info (-d)

A fix only 6.14.1 release is also available. The primary reason is that
6.15 changes part of JSON output of "ethtool -d" introduced in 6.14 in
a backward incompatible way. As it was done for good reasons, 6.14.1 was
released to make it easier for distributions based on 6.14 to adopt this
change as well. This release also adds few minor fixes.
