I just revised the eprint paper. Happy reading :-)

Furthermore, I just created a new github repo for the Catena reference
implementation (https://github.com/cforler/catena).

We appreciate any optimized implementation of Catena, or any other kind
of constructive contribution. Volunteers are welcome. :-)
