Subject: Any news on www.kievonline.org site?

I know this might not be 100% on topic, but I just got another email
from "Moshe Kolodny" about Kiev. http://www.quiecom.com/stuff/message.html

Like everyone else 99.999% of the time I delete spam but there is
something odd about these emails.

After visiting the ICQ site listed in the email I am even more puzzled.
I was not expecting any "content" or "members" but there is data on the
site.

Is it april 1st? or is this spammer "research"?

Bones.
