When did you tell me that maintainers should not or cannot be Cc'ed on 
regression reports?

Sorry, but I honestly don't remember this.

You did not complain when I did this when I was doing regression 
tracking, and if you explained to me why it's now no longer wanted
I must have completely missed it.
