After I commented out that files:
uname-a
Linux ubuntu 2.6.37-rc7-next-20101229+ #1 SMP Wed Dec 29 11:32:27 EET
2010 i686 GNU/Linux
( I get a very strange boot screen in ubuntu, but it works )
